Junimata sells to businesses only — retailers, boutiques, hotels and interior projects. We do not sell to consumers, and nothing on this site can be bought by a consumer. By sending us an enquiry you confirm that you are acting in a commercial or professional capacity.
We describe our materials as accurately as we can, but product information on this site — including compositions, weights, sizes, finishes, colours, availability, minimum order quantities, lead times and any prices we may communicate — is indicative.
None of it is binding. Figures become binding only when they appear in a written quotation or order confirmation signed or sent by us for a specific order. Natural fibres vary between batches, and colour on a screen is not colour in a room.
Sending a form does not create a contract and does not oblige us to supply anything. We may decline an enquiry without giving reasons. A sample request is a request: we reply with a quotation and a payment link, and nothing is charged through this website.
Please send us accurate information. If a shipping address is wrong, we cannot be responsible for a sample that does not arrive.
The Junimata name, the 4100 M claim, the logo, the texts, the photographs and the design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written consent.
Retailers who buy from us receive separate permission to use our product images and brand materials to sell our products. That permission is given in writing and can be withdrawn.

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, including product information.
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an obligation essential to the purpose of the contract, and only for foreseeable damage typical of such contracts. Any further liability is excluded. Liability under the German Product Liability Act is unaffected.
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of EuroFlux Trading UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
